The championship golf courses you’ll be visiting include 18 hole golf fees, motorized carts and helicopter transfers to three of the four courses. You will also be cruising in the famous Bay of Islands waters where you will have free use of three seven meter tenders on-board which can be used for snorkeling, kayaking, beach combing, swimming or sport fishing trips. This trip includes all sport fishing equipment (including lures) plus assistance from the expert fishing and on-board guides.

Whether it is the height of summer or a crisp winter's day, Auckland's sparkling Waitemata Harbour is a thing of beauty. Take an afternoon or evening cruise which includes going under the Auckland Harbour Bridge and into Westhaven Marina for a glimpse of super yachts and the bustling viaduct.
Sightseeing and activity options available:
One nights accommodation at the Sebel Suites Auckland. The Sebel combines suite-style accommodation with personalized hotel services, providing both flexibility and value. Conveniently situated at Viaduct Harbour, home of the America's Cup, its proximity to both city and the waterfront make it ideal for business and leisure travelers alike.
A morning coach transfer is arranged to take you from Sebel Suites direct to the ship anchored in Whangaroa Harbour. The trip takes you through beautiful scenery and you'll make a stop for lunch at Whangarei. In the early afternoon you'll arrive at the ship. Dinner is served from 7pm.
Wake up to a fully cooked chef prepared breakfast. Transfer by helicopter to play 18 holes one of the world’s most famous golf courses – Kauri Cliffs. Helicopter transfer back to the Island Passage and once all are back on-board the ship and fully refreshed you'll move from where the remainder of the afternoon will be spent sports fishing from the Island Passage and the ships three tenders. Island Passage boasts a game chair on the aft deck or you can enjoy fishing from one the three seven-meter tenders, which are well armed with the latest Shimano tackle and a range of lures (included). The ship also moves North during the afternoon to the next anchorage close to Kari Kari. Dinner will be served from 7pm.
Breakfast will be ready for you before you helicopter out to play 18 holes of golf at the stunning Carrington Golf Club. The helicopter will be waiting to transfer you back to the Island Passage. Later there is another afternoon of sports fishing. After sunset you will make a course for the Bay Of Islands with a projected arrival time of midnight. Dinner will be served from 7pm.
Wake up to the beauty of the Bay. A fully cooked chef prepared breakfast and then you'll be transferred by helicopter to your final course at Waitangi. After the round and once all are back on-board you'll set sail for a cruise of the world-famous Bay of Islands. Taking in many local sights with visits ashore for some beach combing, snorkeling and swimming and fishing. Dinner will be served from 7pm.
Time to wind down and relax as you continue to fish and cruise within the beautiful Bay of Islands. For those not wanting to fish can arrange a beach combing exploration trip, a gourmet picnic ashore or just relax with a good book in the library or on a steamer deck chair in the sun. Farewell Dinner from 7pm.
After breakfast you will have time to freshen up on-board the ship before transfers return you to meet your coach to Whangaparaoa where you'll play the Gulf Harbour Country Club. After the game you are transferred back to Auckland for the last night at the Sebel Suites.
Tomorrow transfers are made by Corporate Cabs from the Sebel to Auckland Airport where the tour is completed.
Notes: On these Escapes we carry a maximum of 16 guests whom are involved with the golf and fishing activities. This has been done to accommodate 4 groups on the helicopter transfers each morning and afternoon. We can however include up to 4 non-golf* partners in the Escape at reduced rates as has been detailed above. Single supplement applies at an additional 60% on the above per person share twin rates.
