Springfield Golf Club

Arikikapakapa Golf Club is located in central Rotorua and is the only championship course in Rotorua. The course measures at 5639 meters from the blue tees (championship) and 4948 meters from the yellow tees (ladies). The course par 70 mens (72 ladies) might be short but it still offers a great challenge. Springfield is known for its extremely tight fairways (one measuring only 8 meters wide) and its vast amount of trees.

Over the years, the Club has been privileged to host some prestigious golf tournaments, including NZGA Men’s Amateur Championship, NZ Junior Boys, NZ Maori Tournament, NZ Ladies Amateur plus The Tower Inter-provincials.
